The steamer action retains nutrients and captures the full flavour of the food by avoiding contact with boiling water. Vital nutritional elements such as vitamins B and C, mineral salts and trace elements are preserved.

The blending, mincing and chopping actions, controlled by a pulse switch allow the food to be prepared to the required texture to suit baby's age as well as individual chewing and digestive requirements. Prepared food can be frozen for use at a later date. Babycook will steam-defrost food safely and easily especially when used with BEABA baby food jars.

Food can be reheated with the Babycook by steaming, helping to continue to preserve the natural qualities of the ingredients. Even a single serving can be reheated by placing it directly in the cooking basket or in an original baby food jar.

The Babycook comes complete with a recipe booklet full of great ideas for babies aged 6-24 months. The pack also includes a spatula for safe lifting of the transparent basket and for easy removal of the food.
