Fisher~PriceTM launches ground-breaking Steriliser
Published:  23 January, 2009

Fisher~PriceTM has launched a new Electronic Steam Steriliser called Sterimax*, a unique product which is set to become a best-selling, ‘must have' item, for parents of babies and expectant mothers.

Vogue International and Fisher~PriceTM have worked in partnership with the Micro Biology Department of one of the UK's leading universities to develop this exciting new product.

Safety was the most important criteria in the development brief. This has led to features on the machine that ensures safe operation by the user and extra sterilisation power for greater bacterial killing capacity.

The Fisher~PriceTM Sterimax steriliser has a number of properties and distinct advantages over similar products currently available including:

  • Fisher~PriceTM Sterimax is the UK's first dual power steriliser, enabling the machine to reach 100°C faster; the dual power technology enables the unit to enter a second sterilisation phase, keeping the unit at 100°C for six minutes (a USP for Fisher~PriceTM Sterimax)
  • Sterimax has a large seven bottle capacity and can be used with both wide and narrow neck bottles from most leading manufacturers.
  • The red and green LED display shows the user the cycle stage and exactly when the machine is at a safe temperature to handle.
