Britax launches new retailer partnership programme
Published:  01 May, 2007

Britax, Europe’s leading child car seat manufacturer, has just launched a major new programme for their extensive network of independent retailers that helps them acquaint purchasers with the latest legislation and products. Called the Travelcare Partner Programme, the new initiative is specifically designed to make selling Britain’s favourite child car seats easier through structured training, sales support and a range of financial incentives.

The Travelcare Partner Programme supports the retailer’s expertise with comprehensive training, an extensive new training brochure and an informative DVD. These materials enable retailers to demonstrate the safety characteristics of each Britax car seat and visually highlight the importance of choosing the right seat and correctly fitting it.

The programme also includes a range of useful new marketing tools, such as a new demonstration seat, a range of posters and an event support kit. All feature useful advice on how to choose the right car seat and what features to look out for when purchasing a seat, thereby supporting the retailer in his effort to inform the consumer and help her in her purchase decisions.

Elke Hahmann, UK Marketing Manager, says: ‘At Britax we are committed to supporting our independent retailer partners. We know that consumers rely on your advice and personal attention when it comes to choosing their child’s car seat. That is why we are launching Travelcare, a programme specifically designed to help you sell and fit the best car seat to ensure your customers are happy and their children are safe.’

All Britax retailers are immediately welcomed to become Certified Partners in the new programme and so gain access to the support tools and benefit from the enhanced status.
