Although Hardenberg&Co is a new company in the baby products industry (established in January 2007), its owners have been around for many years. Marc Hardenberg (Managing Director) has previously worked for Johnson & Johnson (Netherlands), MAM (Austria) and Jackel International (Tommee Tippee) as International Sales & Marketing Director. Julie Ebrey (Sales Director) has been in Sales throughout her career and has worked many years for MAM where she was UK Sales Director and later at V&A Marketing.

Hardenberg&Co offers a new distribution option for companies that would like to break into the UK market, but also advises UK companies on Export opportunities in the global market.

From January 2008, Hardenberg&Co will take over the UK distribution of the Angelcare baby monitors from Dorel UK and will take this opportunity to introduce the new range of Angelcare Sound & Movement Monitors to the UK market as well as introducing the new Nappy Disposal System. In close co-operation with Bounty, every new mum will be able to collect a free Angelcare nappy bin from all 680 Argos stores, generating a demand for more than two million refill cassettes.

Hardenberg&Co also recently agreed a long-term co-operation with Medela UK to manage their UK Retail Sales activities and Marketing strategy. Hardenberg&Co is also assisting The SleepCurve Company (special mattress for babies with plagiocephaly) and 37 degrees (clothing range that helps to regulate baby's body temperature) with their Sales & Marketing strategy.
