Graco will be showcasing its new 2008 collection at Harrogate this year, including sneak previews of the new imonitorTM, the Quattro Tour Sport, a brand new Group 2/3 car seat and the Cleo. In addition, Graco will be launching its new website which features the entire product collection alongside a complete nationwide stockist list.
New Group 2/3 Car Seat
The new Group 2/3 car seat offers a sleek and sporty look available in a selection of cool colourways. Compliant to the latest European safety standards and boasting side impact protection along the backrest at pelvis, neck and head level, this car seat provides a superior level of safety. In addition, the blow moulded plastic backrest has been designed to absorb more energy in a crash, whilst the one piece headrest can be adjusted into seven different positions to ensure maximum effectiveness as the child grows. Featuring a design inspired by a parent's car seat, reinforced padding and backrest, and a four position recline, it also offers the ultimate in comfort. Its unique air piston system also ensures a smooth backrest recline, allowing an easy transition from a seated to resting position.
The Cleo
The Cleo, Graco's first 3D folding pram and travel system in one, grows with the child to offer a pram format, a travel system and a pushchair. Suitable from birth, the Cleo features a one-hand fold, rotating position handles, multi position recline, autolock wheels, coil spring suspension and a good-sized, easily accessible basket.
The imonitorTM
The imonitorTM is a technologically advanced and 100 per cent digital baby monitor that offers crystal clear clarity to give parents absolute confidence in hearing a baby. As well as an increased signal to noise ratio to digitally block interference from household electronic items, the imonitorTM offers a virtually static free and private connection for up to 600metres, thanks to its 100 per cent digitally encoded signal. The super compact, lightweight imonitorTM can be clipped onto a belt loop and features an alarm that activates if the batteries run low or if the parent unit becomes out of range. Additionally, the parent unit features oversized LED sound lights that allow parents to ‘see' if their baby is making a noise even when the audio function is turned low or switched off.
The Quattro Tour Sport
The Quattro Tour Sport offers a top of the range travel system that is suitable from birth and features a sporty urban looking design. Coming complete with a Group 0+ Logico S car seat and in car base, the Quattro Tour Sport can be folded with one hand in just two seconds, and includes a height adjustable soft grip handle. It can be easily transformed from a pram position for newborns (complete with soft carrycot) to a funky pushchair for toddlers, and even into a travel system. The Quattro Tour Sport also includes a firm backrest, four position recline, adjustable calf support, padded five point harness and front swivel, lockable wheels.
Key members of the Graco commercial and training team will be on hand at Harrogate to answer questions and provide an insight into Graco's exciting plans for the year ahead. In addition, retailers will also be given access to exclusive show pricing deals.
Tracey Bamber, VP General Manager for Graco UK & Ireland, comments: "Harrogate is a great opportunity for us to meet with our retailers as well as showcase our new products. We are looking forward to launching the new collection, and obtaining feedback from our retailers, as this plays a key role in the development of future products."
