With consumers increasingly aware of climate change and the impact that many products can have on the environment, retailers are constantly looking to meet the demand for eco-friendly and sustainable product ranges. Recognising this growing market, BPA Baby & Child 2008 introduces a new Eco Pavilion.
There is no greater time than the formative years of parenthood for consumers to consider ethical issues for themselves and their new families. The need to give their newborns the very best start in life and a greener planet for the future is almost tangible. This is why the presence of eco-friendly products in the nursery sector is burgeoning.
The BPA recognises this and their new Eco Pavilion at BPA Baby & Child is designed to be a one stop shop for buyers to browse the best of products in this important sector. The advantage to exhibitors is also clear in that there is no confusion and their distinct USP will not be lost amongst the host of other stands at the show.
Christine Scippo, Marketing and Communications Executive for the show said: ‘The BPA prides itself on delivering an organised and diverse show. Our visitors come with business on their minds and although they like to browse, they also like to have a strategy for their visit that ensures they will not miss out on what's important for their store.
‘We believe that by providing the Eco Pavilion we are not only allowing the opportunity for smaller companies to exhibit in an area that is relevant to them but we are offering the visitor a game-plan that will ensure the show is a rewarding one for them.'
BPA Baby & Child Takes place at Birmingham's NEC from 12-14th October 2008 and is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year.
