The ABC Kids Expo is the premier trade show for the juvenile products industry in the Western Hemisphere. The ABC Kids Expo launched in September of 2002 utilizing 250,000 gross square feet of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Now heading into our sixth year, we have grown to our present size of 1,000,000 gross square feet, with more than 1000 exhibitors displaying their newest and most innovative products in more than 380,000 net square feet of exhibit space.

All Baby & Child the parent corporation of the ABC Kids Expo was founded in March, 2003, as a nonprofit public benefit corporation. It was founded as a partnership between independent specialty store retailers and the manufacturers who support them, as a method in which to promote the long-term sustained growth of the children's products industry as well as to provide valuable opportunities for networking and education.

The main objectives and purposes of the corporation are to act as a business league that helps organise and put on trade shows to be held for the benefit of juvenile products manufacturers, specialty store retailers, distributors and manufacturers' representatives of children's products.

The ABC Kids Expo is a private trade show for the juvenile products industry and is not open to the general public. The main focus of the expo is on products from newborn through teen, predominantly in the areas of furniture, bedding, room décor, baby gear, gift and layette, toys and related accessories.

The ABC Kids Expo has been recognized by Tradeshow Week for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007 as being one of the Fastest 50 growing shows in North America (TSW - Tradeshow Week 2005- 2007). Tradeshow Week has designated the ABC Kids Expo as being part of the Top 200 Largest shows in North America. (TSW - Tradeshow Week 2006 & 2007)

INTRODUCING...

Naturally Kids^TM is a showcase of juvenile products manufacturers, focused on producing environmentally friendly products which are healthy for both families and young children, as well as demonstrate a responsibility to our planet and its natural resources. This juried section of the show represents a comprehensive collection of manufacturers within numerous product categories. Selection for this showcase is stringent and includes some of the following criteria.

• A majority (90%) of the company's product line must be from a sustainable natural and/or organic raw material(s) and compound(s). With plastics, they must be a non leaching/non toxic "safe plastic".
• An industry leader in reducing emissions and supporting environmental concerns worldwide.
• A proactive participant in ongoing efforts to improve its manufacturing processes to reduce emissions, improve efficiency and encourage waste reduction.
• Provide documentation/certification from government agency or similar documentation from an independent third party (i.e. USDA Organic, JAS, Australian Certified Organic, BIO/Germany, Certified Organic, International).

Another highlight in our exhibit hall is our popular Modern Child^TM section. This showcase of juvenile products manufacturers, focuses on contemporary design and high functionality. This juried section of the show represents the most innovative designs within numerous product categories. Manufacturer's products are reviewed annually in order to maintain compliance with Modern Child's selection criteria which includes:

• Original, creative and authentic product design
• A focus on contemporary, modern and fashionable design
• Functional products that address and solve the needs of today's parent and child
• Consistent and continuous flow of new product development and innovation.
