New owners for Summer Infant approved

KBL Healthcare Acquisition Corp. II, has announced in New York that its stockholders have approved the acquisition of Summer Infant, Inc and its subsidiaries which include Summer Infant Europe Ltd, at its special meeting of stockholders held on March 6th.

Summer Infant’s management team will remain in place and Rachelle Harel will continue in her role as Managing Director of Summer Infant Europe Ltd.
