The brief was as follows: Secret Shopper is a first time mum looking for a robust travel system suitable for walking dogs on country paths. It must be transported regularly in a car, therefore easy to collapse and fit different attachments. She is very safety conscious regarding the car seat and as far as budget is concerned, getting the right product is more important. From December 12 2007 EC Member States must apply the laws, regulations and administrative provisions to comply with Directive 2005/29/EC better known as the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD). This new EC Directive effectively replaces the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (which will then be repealed) thus ending the forty years’ reign of one of the most effective pieces of consumer legislation.
