Kiddicare has expanded its options for online payments by teaming up with alternative online payment provider Paysafecard Group. The move comes following high demand from customers looking for an alternative to using credit cards on the Internet. With the prepaid voucher Cash-Ticket, Kiddicare customers now have access to a solution which is as simple, fast and safe as paying by cash.
Scott Weavers-Wright, partner at Kiddicare, explained how the economic downturn has led to a growing number of requests from shoppers seeking an alternative online payment method. "It's very apt that we should be able to offer the ability for customers to pay with cash in the current climate," he said. "If customers don't want a credit card, they shouldn't be penalised and they should have the option for other payment. We get about 500 calls and 400 emails a day asking: 'Is there an alternative payment?' and it's definitely increasing," he added.
