FunToSee has signed a licensing deal with Infant and Preschool brand Fisher-Price, to produce room sticker sets for its Precious Planets and Animals of the Rainforest range. These colourful and imaginative wall stickers complement other Fisher-Price baby and toddler nursery and home furnishing products. The room stickers will be hitting the shelves in June and September 2009 respectively.
This latest signing joins its other licensed ranges, Disney and Mattel's ‘Barbie'. Rachel Sellers, Managing Director of FunToSee said: "Licensed designs are popular with our customers and we want to make sure we keep offering them lots of choice." She added: "We are thrilled to be working with such a reputable company and with values to which we aspire. The Fisher-Price designs are fresh and fun and we know Mums and Dads are going to love this new collection."
Bethan Parry, Product Development Co-ordinator for Fisher-Price added: "FunToSee's proven track record in creative design was a perfect fit with the Fisher-Price product design ethos. Fisher-Price's high quality benchmarks were embraced by FunToSee's design and QC team, to create a product which combines Fun and Learning. Each kit is packed with enough repositionable stickers to transform a plain room into a magical place for babies and toddlers to sleep, learn and play."
Actress Maggie Gyllenhaal teamed up with Fisher-Price to kick-off the Precious Planet launch in the USA. The Precious Planets range characters include; Monkeys, Giraffes and Polar Bears, designed to educate children about wildlife and wild places.
