BPA Baby & Child has always provided exhibitors with a wealth of opportunities to engage with their visitors both before and during the show. With the September newsletter, the show website, catalogue and any number of seminar and showcase facilities the dialogue between exhibitor and visitor is constant.
Now a new marketing initiative by the BPA will further enhance the opportunities for BPA Baby & Child exhibitors to engage with their visitor base running up to the show. From the beginning of July, regular email newsletters will be transmitted to a potential large database of registered visitors, past visitors and prospective visitors providing 3 months of valuable continuous dialogue.
The Baby & Child Newsletter is to be forwarded to the entire visitor database three times a week from July onwards; offering visitors the chance to find out what’s in the news for all exhibitors.
The service is open to all exhibitors and will not be restricted to news about the show – other important company news will also be considered for inclusion.
Peter White, Chief Executive of BPA Baby & Child said: “It has always been the BPA way to offer a full marketing package for its exhibitors. Each year we add further features to the package and this initiative is one of our most powerful tools to date.”
“Visitors will be kept in touch with all that is happening with our exhibitors and will be able to plan and prepare for the show more fully. For exhibitors we are adding enormous value to their stands at a time when the entire industry is being careful with its marketing budgets.”
BPA Baby & Child takes place 11th 12th and 13th of October 2009 at London’s ExCel Centre. With only 15 weeks to go, potential exhibitors should be aware that delay in reserving their stand space will reduce the number of weeks that they can take part in this marketing opportunity. They are therefore advised to contact the event organiser, Sarah Firth on 0845 456 9570 without delay.
Exhibitors wishing to contribute to the newsletter should send a press release or information and an image to CScippo@b-p-a.co.uk or Lauren@evolution-pr.co.uk.
