A large LCD display on the back of the duck is activated by a digital sensor on the underside when removed from its feet, which act as a storage base when not in use. The technology within Digi-Duck enables the reading to be so accurate that you can tell if the bath is 0.1 degree above or below your desired temperature. Once the optimum temperature has been reached the word bath appears above the temperature reading. If the bath becomes too hot, the word hot appears and a red light flashes to alert mum to the fact that the bath is too hot.
