Published:  07 August, 2009

Difrax, the Dutch market leading baby products company is pleased to announce a new partnership with NScessity, a manufacturer and distributor in the UK baby industry. Difrax was founded in 1967 and is believed to be the largest and leading brand for baby products in the Netherlands, with a range that includes bottles, soothers and accessories. In the Netherlands, Difrax is market leader in the area of bottles, with a market share of 49%.

Vivienne van Eijkelenborg, Managing Director of Difrax: "Everything Difrax does is devoted to babies and their parents. Our motto is to make the lives of babies and parents as convenient and pleasant as possible. We do this by developing - every year - new and innovative products, such as the anti-colic S-bottle, the butterfly-shaped soother specially designed for newborns, and the new line of non-spill cups that has just been launched. I am very proud of and pleased with the cooperation with NScessity: it is a professional organisation that perfectly fits in with Difrax's vision and ambitions."

NScessity was founded in 2002 by Liz Newton, it has since then grown to be a market leader in several categories of baby and nursery products. NScessity manufactures and distributes monitors, air improvement products, changing bags and UV wear. NScessity has experienced rapid growth and has won several industry and consumer awards for their innovative products.

Liz Newton, Managing Director of NScessity commented: "We are very excited about working with Difrax, NScessity and Difrax share brand values and a similar ethos and approach, we see our partnership going forward as a very positive step for both companies. Difrax products will enhance and complement the current NScessity offering to nursery retailers. "
