The BPA is delighted to announce the recruitment of a new Associate Member- John Trinci of Consumer Product Safety Advice Ltd (CPSA).
John became the newest member of the Baby Products Association (BPA) in early August having set up his own company after years of experience in the safety testing sector most recently working with Bureau Veritas CPS UK Ltd.
Having worked previously with the BPA in an advisory capacity and most recently producing a written a report on the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations, membership of the BPA was the natural next step for his newly formed business.
Speaking of his services, John describes his company as: ‘A nursery product testing facility providing a comprehensive, customer focused service to importers, manufacturers and retailers. Cost effective advice and support on all aspects relating to safety and quality including; product development from concept stage to production, advice and training on new standards and legislation, quality control & management systems, risk assessment and fault analysis (improving rate of returns) and offers a leading expert witness service in times of trouble.'
The BPA is naturally delighted to have John Trinci and CPSA on board as commented by Peter White, BPA Chief Executive: "John's work has been fundamental to our campaign on reform and his knowledge of safety issues will be of great use to the nursery industry. His membership demonstrates the wide range of services and suppliers that are now part of the BPA."
