Yorks Trade Fairs was originally owned by Yorks Travel, the Northampton family owned independent coach and travel agency firm. In 2007 the business travel and trade fairs divisions of Yorks Travel were sold off to Midlands Co-operative Society, a diverse business of retail grocery, home stores, motor, funeral and travel throughout the Midlands.
