The Clair De Lune team has been celebrating the 60th Birthday of its Factory Manageress Carol Elwick. Carol started working as a trainee sewing machinist for Dawson Rodgers & Co after she left school, and since then has been helping Clair De Lune to become the thriving business it is today. Guy Rodgers, son of John Rodgers, Managing Director said: "The company was established by my great grand father in 1943 and today is one of the only Nursery bedding manufacturers still surviving in the UK."
“We are very proud of our factory manager arriving at 60 but still looking in her 40's, she loves coming to work every day and creating a wonderful happy atmosphere for all the staff who have also been with us for many years,” he added.
