Natural Colour Revolution – Cotton as Nature Intended

Natural Colour cotton is organically grown without pesticides in shades of red, brown, green and natural eliminating the use of harsh chemicals and dyes to process the cotton. This cotton has been grown in countries such as China, Peru and the US for over 5000 years but has only recently become commercially available.

John Conneely, founder of Colour Cotton Ltd launched the company Natural Colour Cotton in Europe on behalf of the Chinese Government in 2004. To deliver it in Europe, John Conneely launched a premium brand eco friendly baby wear range, ‘The Perfect Start’.

 

CWC Textile was established in 1871, owners of The Perfect Start and also Swisstulle, they are said to be world leaders in top quality knit and bobbinet tulle.  The CWC Eco Division includes Natural Colour Cotton which now offer GOTS organic certification for yarns and fabrics which have many benefits including being the purest fabric to have next to your skin.

 

Jacky Baby of Germany has been looking to gain a foothold in the eco-friendly textiles sector and has recently been appointed by Natural Colour Cotton as the sole Distributor for Germany to distribute The Perfect Start Collection. Jacky Baby was established in 1965 and has itself distributors in over 10 countries. Of the new appointment John Conneely, said ”The partnership is a great fit, we look forward to working closely with Jacky Baby over the coming years building a firm Eco foundation from which to grow”

 

Colour Cotton Ltd have recently exhibited at the Kind + Jugend Trade Fair, Cologne, Germany where the new extended ‘The Perfect Start’ Collection was launched and received a great deal of attention from Distributors worldwide.
