The Conference aims to explore the complex interactions between socio-cultural, biological, political and economic influences upon infant and child feeding, eating and nutrition. Attending will be Dr Jimi Francis PhD, IBCLC, a well-known US scientist and lactation consultant who will be discussing the findings in her recent study about the decline of Vitamin C in baby milk using various types of baby bottles.

The results suggested that the amount of air within a baby bottle and the bottle's design could impact upon vitamin levels in a baby's feed.
