Online baby retailer Hello Baby has kicked off 2010 by more than doubling the size of its office, for what promises to be a hectic year.
East London based online baby shop Hello Baby is moving to a new office to cope with growing sales. The new office remains in trendy Brick Lane and is more than twice the size of the previous premises.
Hello Baby, which specialises in furniture, baby toys and accessories for babies and toddlers, was founded in April 2008 and enjoyed 300% increase in sales in 2009. The new premises will allow the company to increase its product range and employ more staff to deal with demand.
Alongside the office move, Hello Baby will also be launching a revamped website in the first quarter of 2010 and investing in customer services. “In 2010 we will focus on usability and improving the customer experience,” said Trevor Ginn. “We are aiming to make the Hello Baby website super-easy to use and add more resources for our customers such as buying guides and applications.”
