Expansion of the show has been a hot topic for many months with Halls A, B, C and M fully booked for weeks and despite increasing the size by 20% compared with 2010, Hall Q quickly followed suit. Due to unprecedented demand, Hall D has been added to the arena and this is now also full with almost 30 additional companies exhibiting their products.

This year, visitors can expect a truly international feel with a significant increase in overseas exhibitors plus many new UK companies showing their products for the first time. Also, with exhibitors returning to Harrogate year after year to launch their new ranges, plus almost all of the major brands continuing to choose Harrogate as their preferred UK trade event, this is the only British show where these products can all be seen together.

For retailers looking for innovative new products as well as all of the latest launches from the big names in the nursery industry, Harrogate Nursery Fair provides a one-stop-shop and is a must for any buyer in the nursery trade to visit.

Another huge attraction for Harrogate this year is the launch of the prestigious BPA Baby & Nursery Trade Awards (BANTAs) rewarding excellence within the nursery industry for those companies exhibiting at Harrogate (please see below for more details). Winners will be announced at the Sunday Night Party at the Majestic Hotel, together with hilarious entertainment by comedian Bobby Davro plus the brilliant 10 piece band SWAY providing music to dance the night away. Tickets are great value at just £37 plus VAT per person.

Once again, Monday night sees the return of FREE beer, wine and soft drinks plus midnight snacks, along with our resident disco. The evening starts at 10pm and finishes at 1am at the Majestic where of course the normal bar will also open until the early hours.

BPA Baby & Nursery Trade Awards (BANTAs)

• Child restraints – car seats etc
• Wheeled Goods – all child wheeled conveyances focusing on safety and ease of use together with style
• Travel and Sleep – Cots, travel cots etc, infant carriers and slings, car seat accessories, pushchair accessories, bedding and accessories
• In Home & Safety – high chairs and all items of safety such as bath thermometers, monitors, stair gates, cooker guards and tap guards
• Playtime & Bath Time – Early learning toys, plush toys, towels and toiletries
• Feeding & Sucking – mealtime accessories such as bottles, bowls, cutlery and soothers
• Best Debut Product – an all encompassing award for products that have their UK debut at Harrogate Nursery Fair in 2011
