This new role will be a key point of contact for all of Dorel’s customers based in the region. “My key objectives in this role are to build strong relationships with accounts and continue to grow the Dorel brands within the south west region. I hope to achieve this through offering support and training and always being at the other end of a phone or email for customers,” she says.
Prior to working at Dorel, Nicola graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a Languages degree. A part-time job at an independent nursery retailer throughout her studies fuelled her passion and knowledge of the industry.
“It is really difficult to choose my favourite Dorel product as there is such a wide selection to choose from. If I had to choose one it would be the Zapp Xtra,” says Nicola. “I really like how Dorel has developed the original Zapp to create a forward- and rear-facing stroller that is so light, manoeuvrable and small-folding. It’s a great solution for city life as it would fit in almost any car boot and can easily take the Maxi-Cosi Pebble or CabrioFix infant carriers.”
A keen netball player, Nicola spends her free time training with her local team, brushing up on her French and German, or spending time with family and friends.
