The Gro Company, maker of the Grobag, is thrilled to announce that their Grobag, the original Baby Sleep Bag has won the coveted Gold award for Best Nursery Product at this year’s Mother & Baby Awards.
Now in their 19th year, winning a Mother & Baby award is considered as the ultimate recognition of excellence. All products are tried, tested and judged by real experts – mums and babies - who test every product to its limits in real-life situations.
The Gro Company is incredibly proud of its Grobag Baby Sleep Bags. They are FSID’s only recommended baby sleep bag and work closely with the cot death prevention charity having funded over £500,000 worth of safe sleep research to date. Grobags use only 100% cotton fabrics and are in compliance with the British Standard ensuring a safe and snug night’s sleep for baby.
The Gro Company has a strong history of winning at the Mother & Baby awards, and the Grobag won at the 2004/2005,2005/2006 and 2006/2007 awards. Recent wins include a Silver award in the Best Travel Sleep Product category for their Travel Grobag Baby Sleep Bag at last year’s ceremony and the Grobag Baby Sleep Bag and the Gro-clock were nominated in the Best Nursery Product category in 2010.
Christian Jones, managing director at The Gro Company comments, “We are delighted to have won a Gold award for our Grobag at this year’s Mother & Baby Awards.. We are most proud of the feedback we get from parents, and as these awards are voted for by consumers it shows that Grobag is not only the best baby sleep bag in the market, but also an essential nursery product for all parents.“
