Following its launch two years ago, Clarion Events has confirmed The Baby Show for Trade will no longer be taking place at Olympia. Clarion Events has undertaken extensive research, market assessment and customer discussion over the last few months with both exhibitors and visitors and concluded that the event is no longer sustainable as it currently stands due to the growing industry focus on the European trade show in the autumn.
Portfolio Director, Nicole Muller, says: “Clarion would like to thank the BPA for their partnership and support for The Baby Show for Trade over the last two years. We will continue to work with the nursery trade to deliver our market leading events, The Baby Shows, evolving our current offering and bringing new initiatives to meet demand from both the trade and consumers.”
Robert Anslow, BPA Managing Director, comments: “The BPA has enjoyed working with the Clarion team which should be congratulated for producing an extremely professional and well-presented trade show for the nursery industry; and provided the platform for the BPA’s Concept and Innovation Awards. It is regretful that the Baby Show for Trade is ceasing, but we hope that we will have the opportunity to work with Clarion again in other capacities in the future.”
