Start-rite Furniture, the luxury children’s furniture brand are delighted to announce that they have appointed Stuart Benford as their National Sales Manager. Since the highly successful launch, the brand has sought an expert to take on the all-important role of servicing retail accounts across the country.
Stuart joins the team with a wealth of experience in the Nursery Industry, having worked as Commercial Director for Saplings for the last thirteen years he is well placed to deliver great sales for the exciting and innovative brand. Not only does he know the industry inside out, he also has five children making him a great judge of products!
Stuart’s new role will see him working closely with retailers across the country and having already secured a major national retailer that has a significant presence on the high street and online as well as an ever increasing number of national retailers he’s already making an impressive start! With such a great start, retailer territories are being taken up fast with only a few key areas left. He aims to visit contracted retailers regularly and develop a close and friendly working relationship that you would expect from a brand like Start-rite.
This is an important time for Start-rite Furniture as the first deliveries start to roll out to stores and customers.. The Lollipop table that grows with children and the Brook rocking cot are two of the brand’s flagship products, and Stuart will be working to secure quality retailers for these as well as the rest of the collection.
